Kanelsnäcka - Grip Block

This versatile grip block helps you train your grip strength numerous different ways! The three separate pockets have a depth of 20 mm, which can be adjusted down to 8 mm using the included spacers (3x4 mm). The outside of the grip block can be used to train pinches with three different widths.
