All of our products comes with a two year warranty covering, at our discretion, any complaints you might have arising from the products intended use* Our products have limited restistance to water and moisture and should not be stored outdoors for prolonged periods of time.  The warranty does not cover damages caused by repeated and/or prolonged exposure to water or moisture.

Product flaws from manufacturing or material defects that are present when you recieve the product should be documented and reported to us within a reasonable amount of time from being discovered. These flaws are eligible for compensation for up to three years. Compensation can mean part replacement, product replacement, a partial refund or a full refund.

If requested, the product must be shipped to us for evaluation before the warranty claim can be approved or disapproved.

The product is intended to be used as a jump ramp for all man-powered sports on wheels.

Training hand grip strength. FIKA products and accessories to FIKA products are NOT to be used as fall safety equipment.
